Our client was indicted on two counts of Aggravated Trafficking of Scheduled Drugs (Class A).  However, Attorneys Daniel Wentworth and Conor Todd successfully litigated a motion to suppress the evidence, based on an illegal search of our client's backpack. After the court granted the motion and ordered that the evidence be suppressed, the prosecutor was forced to dismiss the case.
