Our client was charged with felony Domestic Violence Assault, and the prosecution also moved to revoke his probation. However, Dan Wentworth was able to retrieve video from the client's phone proving that our client had been the one assaulted. As a result, the prosecutor dismissed the Domestic Violence Assault charge, and the client was sentenced to time served on a different probation violation.
